Hmmm so ever since Hoody collaborated with Jay Park for ‘Solo‘ I knew that Hoody’s move to AOMG was a great one. I’m so glad Hoody is getting more exposure because she’s an amazing vocalist. Hoody’s voice and Gray’s production with this throwback R&B beat is the perfect combination. Based on the lyrics I can’t help but wonder if this is about Cokejazz…anywho, check out the music video for ‘Like You’ below!

i think it’s a pretty good track, but far from her best (“Baby oh Baby (Cokejazz Remix)” or “Blue Horizon”). Since she’s a very subdued vocalist, the production could have been adjusted in a way that highlights that style of singing. However, the overall result is quite flat.
